Changes can be made within 24 hours of ordering. After fulfillment, cancellations/changes are not possible.

How do I crop my photos?

Upload your photo on the product page, and the cropping tool will guide you to the required ratio automatically (e.g., 1:1 or 2:3).

Can I change my photo?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us with your updated photo.

How much is shipping?

  • International: Calculated at check out

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling time: 3-5 business days to create your order.
  • Singapore: 3-5 business days.
  • International: 7-14 business days.

Can I track my package?

Yes! You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking info updates within 24 hours.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We don’t offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind due to customization.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Photos of the defect

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
